The PA Grand Lodge is an organization of men and women who represent the estimated 26 million Americans of Italian heritage, dedicated to promoting our culture, our traditions, our language, the legacy of our ancestors, and our contributions to the U.S. and the world.
We are sons and daughters, grandmothers and grandfathers. We are corporate executives and we are union members...young students and retirees...teachers and attorneys...police officers, doctors and firefighters...bakers and Wall Street brokers...and everything in between.
We are philanthropists and we are model global citizens with purpose beyond ourselves. And we are proud and patriotic Americans of Italian heritage.

Almost 110 years ago, the Loggia Ruggero Bonghi Lodge #543 Order of the Sons and Daughters of Italy was founded as a meeting place for Italian Americans to enjoy the fellowship of our brothers and sisters of Italian descent.
Today everyone is welcome to join The Sons and Daughters of Italy. We offer both social and regular memberships. We treasure the diverse community that now makes up our club.
The club has grown and changed a lot since those first thirty men and women began meeting, but some things have stayed the same — like our commitment to building connections and caring for our community.
We offer events… so the bonds of friendship grow among our members. The LRB works hard to be a clean, friendly place where good people can enjoy great drinks at low prices. This includes a welcoming place where members can socialize, catch the game(s), or join in our weekly dinners!
As our membership grows, our team is also developing plans for family focused activities, such as family picnics, children’s Christmas party, and other holiday events.
Since our inception, The LRB has been mindful of our community and the land of our mothers and fathers, Italy. Every dollar you spend in our club helps to make a difference. Beyond what we support through the Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania, the LRB proudly supports charitable endeavors in our local community every year because we care.
Over the years, we have supported charitable and civic endeavors, like the Ciciarata (Annual St. Francis Festival) including associated fund raisers. This along with our Luigi Memorial Poker Tournament benefit local causes, building goodwill in the Ambler and surrounding communities.
Our generous scholarship program supports winning graduating high school seniors with a $1000 scholarship. This is open to all qualifying members and their children. Applications are due in Spring (please see the members only section or contact the club for the latest details including number of scholarships being offered).

We appreciate in-person discussions to view our facility and to learn all about the perks of becoming a member!
